In the first day you drink wu yi tea, you should be able to already feel its effects as it would enhance your mood, boost your energy and clear your mind to help you have a positive outlook. By the first week, your metabolism should kick into a higher gear thus helping you burn more fat and loss more cholesterol and after that, you should be able to see the first results as your jeans would become a little loose. Then, in the weeks to follow, you would transform into a better looking, slimmer and healthier you.

This is the promise promoters of the wu yi diet has made. This claim has been supported by several studies of the product done in various universities in Japan. One study has shown that rats lose 66% of their excess cholesterol after taking an equivalent of six cups a day. Another study shows that the level of fats that your body disposes doubles after starting on the wu yi diet. With that promise, a lot of people have started to get into this diet.

Wu yi tea came from the Fujian province in China and ever since, was a popular drink among those who want to keep slim in the Far East including Japan and Taiwan. The wu yi diet is now very popular in the United States because of its promise that you can lose weight in no time at all. The United States has been known to have a very high rate of obesity. A lot of people stick with junk food and fast food because they lack the time to cook and eat properly causing them to become unhealthy and fat. The world today is very fast paced and it is a fact that every second counts in work and even sometimes at home. So, when wu yi diet was introduced saying that it offers people a chance to become slimmer and healthier in a short period of time, it became very popular. However, there are a few downfalls to this diet.

First, dieticians do not believe in the promises of the product. Drinking tea is healthy, however the effect of tea in burning fat is not as high as promoters and marketers have promised. Wu yi tea, like any other tea contains polyphenol which is a powerful antioxidant and is good for the body, but the claims are said to be exaggerated. They believe that a proper diet and normal exercise is still best for people wanting to slim down and become healthier.

In either case, both has said that the wu yi diet can help in slimming down and have that perfect body that everyone craves. It is a matter of who you believe and how much willpower one has to become healthy. If the person has enough willpower, why not drink wu yi tea while going on a proper diet and doing regular exercise? If the normal way alone does not work for you, maybe some enhancement would change that. Bottom line, being healthy is a lifestyle change that one must take, and unlike everything else nowadays, it cannot happen in a matter of minutes.

Our world has changed. Ever since information technology and the digital age came to reality, our world is like never before. And along with this change of reality is change of lifestyle. The world today is fast paced and only those who can keep up survive. Everything is counted by the minute or second, no longer by days and hours. With tons of work to do and schedule always packed with appointments and work, who still has the time to stop and think about health, proper diet and exercise?

More and more people are becoming obese and feel sluggish and unsatisfied with their physical appearance. As fast as the world changed, advertisements promising a healthier and slimmer body in just a few days popped up everywhere. Magic pills, never before seen devices and others have popped up. One of the most popular ways to lose weight today is drinking tea, and the choice of many has been green tea. But now, a new product has surface called wuyitea.

Wuyitea is another term for oolong tea which is a popular drink in traditional tea drinkers in the east. Advertisements for this particular tea promise that you could lose around 2 lbs in just a week by just drinking this tea while you diet and exercise a little. It claims that studies show drinking this tea can help in burning fat and cholesterol. Another promise drinking wuyitea claim is that your internal organs can also benefit from this because it helps keep the internal organs young and function properly. These are very tempting promises. The problem however, not everyone is satisfied.

Professional dieticians do not say that tea does not help you in any way, it’s just that the claims made by the manufacturers of wuyitea and other teas for that matter tend to exaggerate the marketing of their products. A number of these companies claim that they have created the perfect tea brew that can help everyone slim down and stay slim. It is true that whatever tea a person may drink it would help speed up his or her metabolism and that the tea will burn fat and cholesterol, however the number of calories a person could burn from drinking tea is relatively minor. Depending on a lot of different factors, tea can burn just around 100 to 200 calories of any tea drinker. There have also been accounts of consumers being unsatisfied with the tea they have bought, following every instruction to the last letter and still does not experience any result.

A fast and easy way to slim down has always been a quest of man; but the truth is there is no such easy escape from being fat or obese. A slimmer and healthier life is not out of reach, but the journey to take to become healthier demands time and patience. Most diet products you would see today usually come with the tag line “with proper diet and exercise”. The fact is, that is all you need to become healthy; a proper diet and a good exercise.

Obese, large, out-of-shape, fat; these are the words used to describe a lot of people who are basically overweight. The United States is known for a very high count of obesity. Because of this fact, there has been numerous products that has surfaced that promises hope for a thinner, healthier you. From home exercise machines, to vibrating belts to pills and drugs and even surgery, these ads all promise the same result of losing weight. Experts say that the best way to deal with excess fat is still regular physical activity and the proper diet. Other people and companies have taken advantage of the fact that dieting is still better and now they offer diet systems; and thus the wuyi tea diet came to be popular. But, what exactly is wuyi?

Wuyi Wu-Long tea is just another term for a common and popular tea in the Far East, oolong tea. This new tea has attracted a lot of customers because the marketers of these teas and diet systems using wuyi tea promise that you can lose 2 pounds a week. Of course, we all know that we can’t trust advertisements 100% from the start. Let us separate fact from fiction.

First, it is a fact that in the Far East, particularly Japan and China who are known to be culturally tea drinkers, oolong tea is a popular choice to stay slim and healthy. Scientific proof shows that oolong tea or wuyi tea can help speed up metabolism and burn fat through a process called lipolysis. Another study conducted by a university in Japan that the amount of fat exerted when one takes oolong tea is doubled, in other words your body would be able to dispose of more fat. It was also proven in another study that drinking a litre of oolong tea a day can help reduce the aging of your organs by two years, thus helping you feel younger and healthier by keeping your organs function better. Now, let us go to the false accounts about wuyi.

First account that is still under debate is the claim of a study that oolong tea can burn 2 and a half times more fat than green tea. This is not yet an accepted fact because the scientific evidence to support this claim is still weak. Plus, the study shows that participants drinking oolong tea had more grams of tea compared to the participants drinking green tea. Another contrary to the claim of wuyi/oolong tea being a better fat burner is a study conducted on rats in 2001 which concluded that drinking green tea can reduce body cholesterol faster and safer.

It is a proven fast that wuyi tea can help in losing weight, but claims that you can lose 2 pounds a week just by drinking the tea is exaggerated. The best way to lose weight is still going into a proper diet and exercise regularly; this can be enhanced by drinking wuyi tea but that alone cannot help you lose weight in a fast and effortless way.
